Have you ever received a call from an angry client saying that their eyebrows changed color after a procedure?
As you may know, this can be common during the first month until the eyebrow heals completely. The color takes a while to adhere and reveal its true tone. But, what happens if the color changes color after 6 months?
This time the problem is with the color quality or your selection of color. (Tips on selecting a color)
I remember this happening to me when I started doing permanent makeup in 1994. Back then I was using a machine and different brands of limited quality pigments. I had to mix them with each other until finding the right combination for my patients. Which keep me guessing.
Then , in 1997 I found SofTap colors and everything changed. After more than 20 years of teaching and doing countless procedures with SofTap colors and technique, I have never received an angry call from a client after 6 months complaining for any kind of color change. On the contrary, I still have to this day, loyal clients from the 1990's.
